Refund Policy

We have a 61 day "Love it or send it back" guarantee.   If you don't like your ukulele, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. 

If you are returning your ukulele due to a simple change-of-mind, that's okay but you'll need to pay return shipping as well as shipping the new uke back to you if you are exchanging it.  

If you are returning it because it is defective, we will reimburse you for shipping, fix (or replace at our discretion) your ukulele and we'll pay to get it shipped back to you.
